Its triply construction features food-grade 18/8 stainless steel inside, an aluminium core for even heat distribution and 430 magnetic stainless steel outside for induction compatibility. The pressure lid converts it into a pressure cooker, while the strainer lid helps drain water from rice, potatoes and other boiled foods. The serving lid lets you take freshly cooked food directly to the dining table. Ergonomic cool-touch handles provide convenient handling, while the pressure regulator, safety valve and gasket release system support safe pressure cooking.
