The improved vent weight helps reduce dal sprouting while supporting faster cooking and fuel efficiency. Its inside-fitting lid pressure-locks securely, while the safety valve is positioned beneath the lid handle bar to direct steam downward when activated. The design also minimizes gasket exposure to steam for longer gasket life. Stay-cool handles and a sturdy fixed pivot improve handling and durability. Available in 2 L, 3 L and 5 L capacities.
