The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

Items such as personal-use appliances (e.g., electric toothbrushes, juicers used once) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Products bought during clearance sales or marked “non-returnable.”

Damages caused by improper use or negligence.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.

5. Replacement
If a product is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost after verification.
